School Carnvial

Tyler's school had a Carnival Saturday night and the kiddos had so much fun!! We forgot our camera but Steven tried to take pics of the kids on a bungee thing with his cell phone. I can't believe they were both so excited to fly in the air!! The pics are blurry but it least it gives you an idea of how they were strapped in and how high in the air they were!! Aunt Susie stood in line for an hour so they could have a turn!! :)

Spongebob Pumpkin

The Library at Tyler's school is having a Pumpkin Decorating Contest. Any child can decorate a pumpkin to look like a character out of a book. Tyler insisted on Spongebob Squarepants. I tried to explain that they were thinking more of Goldilocks or Harry Potter but sure enough he showed me all the Spongebob books we have! It took about 3 days to paint - he wanted to make sure it was dry but he did it all himself!!

Megan & Caroline

Megan's little friend, Caroline came over to play. They were very quiet in her room and then came out dressed up - they were soooo proud of themselves. Megan is a week older than Caroline!

Career Day

Tyler's school had a career day and Tyler decided he wanted to be a NASA astronaut. He even got to be on the announcements that morning.

Dewberry Farms

We went to Dewberry Farms with some friends and had a blast! It was a little warm but the kids loved seeing the animals and picking pumpkins. We were there for about 3 hrs and as soon as we got in the car - they crashed!!

Hello!!

Hello Family and Friends!!
Everyone we know is blogging so we thought we would give it a try. Hopefully this will be an easier way to send pictures too! Things are going well here in Katy, TX! Tyler started kindergarten and loves it although those first few weeks were rough in the morning. Megan is in the 2 yr old class at her preschool. She actually had a little separation anxiety from Tyler when he went off to kindergarten but now that she knows the the bus WILL bring him home, she seems to have relaxed a little! Hope everyone is doing well! I am going to try to add a few pictures of the first day of school and some of our fall activities! Fingers crossed that it works!
